All products are made-to-order and need 7 to 15 business days to be produced. Fulfilment time may vary depending on the demand.
If your order has been shipped, you should have received a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please use this tracking link rather than the Shop app as tracking may not sync perfectly.
If you need further assistance, please reach out to support@ichigoodesign.com with your order number.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, wrong model, wrong color or with a size issue on our end, please contact us as soon as possible and we will send you a replacement free of charge.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order please contact us within 48 hours after you've placed your order.
