We are pleased to offer free shipping for orders over $150 to customers located in the United States.

• US: minimum order $150 USD
• EU: minimum order 125€
• AUS: minimum order $350 AUD
• CA: minimum order $210 CAD

For others countries, standard shipping rates will apply.

Due to recent changes in global economic conditions and increased tariffs, we’ve had to make slight adjustments to both our product prices and shipping fees. This decision wasn’t easy, but it’s necessary to maintain the quality, service, and creativity you expect from us. Orders are processed in the order they are received, Monday to Friday. We always aim to ship as fast as possible, but please allow 3 to 9 days for your order to be processed and shipped. All products are made-to-order so production time may vary depending on the product.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. Please use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. 

Delivery Estimates:

You can find on each product page, the delivery estimation to your country. Delivery estimate depends on the product and on your country.

Responsibility and Issues:

While we take great care in preparing and dispatching your order, we are not responsible for the delivery process itself. If you encounter any issues with the delivery, such as delays, damages, or loss, please contact the delivery company directly.

VAT and Fees:

Depending on your country, additional VAT and fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

Lost or Damaged Items:

In the event that your item is lost or damaged during shipping, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a refund. All shipping issues must be resolved directly with the delivery company.

Disclaimer:

We would love to ship worldwide but unfortunately, there's some countries where we can't deliver right now. It includes: 

• Russia: Temporarily restricted due to ongoing geopolitical issues.
• Belarus: Temporarily restricted due to ongoing geopolitical issues.
• Ukraine: Temporarily restricted due to ongoing geopolitical issues.
• North Korea: Due to international shipping restrictions.
