Care instructions for your ICHIGOODESIGN items

Our products are made-to-order with care and attention to detail. For the best results:

Wash cold and inside out.

Hang dry only—no dryers!

If your item is tie-dyed or printed, wash separately in cold water to prevent color transfer.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

Each item is crafted especially for you. Production times can vary, so please check the product description for specific details.

Can I Return or Exchange My Item?

Because each piece is made-to-order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing issues or damage caused by improper care.

However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost during delivery, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or proof, and we’ll send you a replacement free of charge. 

Can I Modify My Order?

If you wish to modify a size, color or model within your order please reach out to info@ichigoodesign.com with your order number 48h after you've placed your order. We won't be able to accommodate any modifications after. 

If your order has already reached production stage, we won’t be able to cancel it.
