Because every piece is made to order just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind, sizing, or personal preference — so please double-check your size guide before ordering! 

That said, we always stand behind what we make. If something arrives damaged, defective, or not quite as it should be, just reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo or proof, and we'll happily send a replacement free of charge.
