When will my order arrive?
Every piece is made to order, just for you. It goes into production right after you order: production takes 7–15 business days, then delivery takes 5–9 business days depending on your location.
During drops, production can take a few extra days. You'll always get your tracking link by email the moment your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $150 (US), €150 (EU) and $350 AUD (Australia).
Are duties and taxes included?
For the USA and the UK, we cover all import tariffs, duties and taxes. No extra fees on delivery.
For other countries, customs fees may apply on delivery depending on your local rules.
How do I find my size?
Tap Size guide on any product page for exact measurements. Between two sizes? Size up for a relaxed fit.

Can I change my order after checkout?
Yes. You have 48 hours after ordering to change your size, color or shipping address, or to add an item. Just email support@ichigoodesign.com with your order number.
After 48 hours your piece is already in production, so we can't change it anymore.
My item arrived damaged, misprinted or missing.
We'll make it right. Email support@ichigoodesign.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll send you a free replacement.
Do you accept returns?
Because every piece is made to order just for you, we don't accept returns for change of mind or fit. That's why we're happy to help you pick your size before you order.
If anything is wrong with your order (defect, damage, wrong item), let us know within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it free of charge.
